Ranked foster matching

The data model is already in place. Next is the view that reads it: give it a dog, and it returns the homes that genuinely fit, the homes worth a phone call, and an honest count of who was ruled out and why, including conflicts with animals already placed in that home.

Migration tooling

Importers that take the spreadsheets rescues actually keep, messy status columns and all, and map them onto structured records, with anything ambiguous flagged for a human rather than silently guessed.

When does EveryTail launch?

EveryTail is being refined right now alongside our partner rescues, with a planned public release window of Q4 2026, when we will open EveryTail’s doors to help dog rescue organizations across the country streamline their life-saving missions.

Why dogs first?

We built EveryTail with dog rescue in mind, tailoring our tools to the unique logistical and behavioural challenges of canine care, fostering, and adoption. That said, we’re more than happy to tailor EveryTail to the needs of other rescues. If your organization works with other animals, talk to us.

What does it cost?

Pricing will be simple, public, and sized for rescues. We’re still working it out with our partner rescues, and we’ll publish it openly here as soon as it’s settled.

Can we migrate from our current system?

Yes, and you won’t do it alone. Hands-on onboarding and data migration are part of EveryTail, never an upsell, and any rescue that needs an extra hand making the move will receive it, whether you’re coming from spreadsheets or legacy shelter software.

What happens to our data during onboarding?

Data privacy during onboarding is our highest priority. Your records stay yours: they’re moved in confidence directly into your rescue’s own isolated space, where a database-level boundary keeps every rescue’s data separate. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for anything except running your rescue, and you can export everything at any time.

Do you sell adopter data or push insurance offers?

No, and we never will. No microchip upsells, no insurance partnerships, no ads. The software itself is the entire business model.
